Head Teacher, Mr N Allen

Choosing the right school for your child is vitally important. Most parents want a good education for their child but they also want them to be happy and to feel safe and secure. At Saundersfoot School we believe that we can offer all these things. We pride ourselves on the broad, balanced and full education we provide for all our pupils and the high standards of teaching and learning are a credit to the commitment of both staff and pupils. Equally we are also proud of the atmosphere of friendliness and co-operation  which is always evident. From your child’s first day with us, we want school to be a positive and enjoyable experience. This is best achieved through home and school working closely together as partners in the nurturing of your child.

Saundersfoot Community Primary School is located in the popular seaside village of Saundersfoot in the County of Pembrokeshire. The school is set in spacious, attractive grounds a short distance from the village and nearby beach. We take full advantage of our location by ensuring children have access to outdoors education throughout their schooling.

The school draws from a wide catchment area, but the majority of pupils live in and around Saundersfoot village .The school is very popular and all applications for admission are now handled by the Local Education Authority who allocate places in accordance with their admissions criteria. The school is often oversubscribed and early application is advised.

We made a big effort to keep connected with our pupils during the lockdown. These are some of our ‘lockdown’ assemblies.
